Job Responsibilities
The Head Tennis Coach will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a winning tennis strategy
- Mentoring student-athletes to reach their full potential
- Collaborating with other coaches and staff to promote a cohesive athletic program
- Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in coaching tennis at a high school level
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
