Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Utilize the POS system for tracking orders and managing customer requests.
- Monitor food safety standards during food handling and delivery.
- Help maintain a smooth workflow between the kitchen and dining area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a busy kitchen environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
