Nurse Practioner,Family Medicine-Leland, NC-3 day work week!

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practioner to join our team in the Family Medicine team in Leland, NC. Care for patients in a collaboratively with an accomplished physician. Unique position hours are Wednesdays 1p-7p; Thursdays and Fridays 7a-7p and includes full benefits. Full scope family medicine including childen to adults. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality outpatient care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic illnesses. Outpatient visits will include preentative care, health education and diagnosis and treatement to ensure the best possible care and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practioner program
• Current certification as a Nurse Practioner
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practioner in North Carolina
• 1 years of experience in Family Medicine treating patients of all ages required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic medical records
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
• Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
