Purpose:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the clinical staff to complete, submit, and follow-up on the status of patient assistance program applications.
- Respond to patient phone calls and messages regarding patient assistance program applications and medications.
- Assist with medication prior authorizations and the denial process.
Other Duties:
- As assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in the healthcare setting
Preferred:
- Experience working with patient assistance programs
ADA Physical Demands:
