Join our physician-led and owned multi-disciplinary organization with nearly 300 providers. Wilmington Health Cardiology is a leader in cutting-edge cardiology, from outpatient imaging to advanced electrophysiology and cardiogenic shock therapies. Inpatient care provided at an 800 bed Level II Trauma Center, conveniently located by our office. We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Interventional Cardiologist to join our dynamic team.
We offer a competitive base salary with unlimited earning potential. Our team includes 6 Cardiologists (one interventional, one EP, and four Invasive Cardiologists, including one with advanced imaging skills) and 5 experienced Cardiology Advanced Practitioners. As we anticipate growing to 9 physicians, we seek team players passionate about providing outstanding Interventional and Non-Invasive Cardiology care. The call schedule averages 1 in 7.
The successful Interventional Cardiologist candidate will enjoy :
- Providing high-quality interventional cardiology care.
- Managing cardiogenic shock and performing PAD, LAAO placements, and PE management.
- Proficiency in cardiogenic shock management and eagerness to improve care delivery.
- Skilled in PAD, LAAO placement, and PE management are desirable / not required.
- Collaborative with a collegial team to ensure optimal IP and OP care.
- Enjoys a mix of general and interventional IP and OP care.
- Board-certified in Cardiology with experience in Interventional procedures.
