This is not just a desk job! The Operations Manager plays a hands-on role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and location growth strategies. They are tasked with empowering the Lifestyle Management Co.™ personal assisting staff to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression on our clients.

.Duties
General:
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal assisting staff and clients.
- Oversee and manage daily processes, including scheduling and all communication (phone and email).
- Maintain and update all personal assisting-related paperwork (staff, client, partner, billing, etc.) in Wilmington LMC’s online database.
- Regularly communicate location status (challenges, successes, questions, etc.) with the LMC CEO.
- Determine the best personal assisting client/staff combinations to optimize scheduling and service delivery.
- Lead the team on large project jobs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Step in as a filler for staff when needed to maintain client service standards.
Staff-Related:
- Conduct pre-screening of potential hires and assist LMC CEO with in-person interviews
- Gather and maintain employment documents
- Train staff on LMC core values, conduct, policies and uphold staff processes, rules, and regulations
- Ensure that all personal assisting staff members are properly supported through shadowing (pairing a new staff member with a current staff member), training and education efforts
- Make recommendations to LMC CEO regarding the hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion, etc. of staff
- Assist with coordinating/holding staff meetings/events for team-building and empowerment purposes
Client-Related:
- Assist with in-home/office consultations for personal assisting clients and perform follow-up duties related to the sales process
- Facilitate on-boarding appointments with staff and client at initial meeting and follow up with staff and client to ensure a successful relationship is established
- Identify client needs and cross-sell services
- Manage daily processes: scheduling and all communication (phone and email)
- Maintain and update all Personal Assisting related types of paperwork (staff, client, partner, billing, etc.) in Wilmington LMC’s online database
- Regularly communicate location status (challenges, successes, questions, etc.) with LMC CEO
- Determine the best personal assisting client/staff combinations for scheduling services
- Schedule and perform Quality Checks to verify that staff is upholding LMC standard of service
- * Service clients on an as-needed basis when staffing levels are insufficient to meet client needs
- Assist to resolve customer complaints with LMC CEO
- Administer client retention programs for the Personal Assisting Division Ancillary:
Required Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of situations, sometimes under pressure
- Adept, responsive communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Possesses leadership ability and exhibits professional appearance, language and behavior
- Upholds confidentiality in all business dealings
- Ability to complete requests in a timely fashion
- Basic Excel knowledge
