Duties
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy in all transactions.

- Prepare budgets and forecasts to assist in financial planning.
- Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately and timely.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with public accounting firms as needed for audits or reviews.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Provide support in corporate accounting tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Sage, is preferred.
