THE COMPANY:
Wilner & O’Reilly, APLC, is an internationally recognized U.S. immigration law firm with offices in:

THE POSITION:
The firm presently has an immediate full-time opening in its Orange office for a Legal Assistant. This position will provide support to the Immigration team along with ensuring that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and promptly.
LOCATION:
The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Orange office, Monday – Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- 1-year minimum office experience is required
- Immigration experience is a PLUS
- Strong orientation for quality customer service delivery, and pleasant attitude on the phone
- Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
- The applicant must have the ability to communicate with clients professionally, work both independently and as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update appointment calendars as needed
- Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills.
- Assist paralegals and attorneys with data entry
- Create various forms for effective correspondence, and perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Managing Attorney or Office Manager
