At Wilo EMU USA LLC, we are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate, set up and program CNCs, lathes and horizontal and vertical machining centers.
The primary job duties include:
- Operating assigned work center to current production and quality standards.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and working from verbal instructions.
- Learning applicable inspection/measurement equipment: micrometers, calipers, etc. as required.
- Knowledge of various tools and equipment.
- Responsible for verification and documentation of part dimensions and tolerances as required for quality.
- Visually inspecting parts for surface details and machining finishes with close attention to detail.
- Knowledge of general shop math.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Performing general upkeep and preventative maintenance on assigned work center.
- Working safely and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements for this position include:
- Three years of machining experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Eagerness to learn is essential.
- Detail-oriented.
