Job Summary
The Training & Resources Development Intern will work closely with the Corporate Training & Development Manager to plan, develop, organize, implement, and deliver online educational resources and training events for Wilo's channel partners, distributors, and service personnel.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
- Enrolled student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (rising junior or senior)
- Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools is a plus but not required
- Experience in simple video recording and editing
Work Schedule and Compensation
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
$18.00/hour
