The Field Service Technician will work independently, under the direction of the Quality Manager, to diagnose issues and repair warranty pumps and other products.
Primary Job Duties

Travel Requirements: up to 50%
Pay Range: Commensurate based on experience.
Shift/hours: Normal operating hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Job Summary
The Field Service Technician will work independently, under the direction of the Quality Manager, to diagnose issues and repair warranty pumps and other products.
Primary Job Duties
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of pumps or other products.
- Perform diagnostic tests to detect issues and identify root causes.
- Rebuild/repair various products as needed for warranties and restocking.
- Utilize Warranty Ticket System.
- Maintain detailed records/documents of all warranty work.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding service tickets.
- Assist with customer/rep training on products.
- Tear down non-warranty products and dispose of scrap.
- Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment may be required.
- Occasional site visitation is needed for troubleshooting and/or repairing pumps and equipment if required.
- Work safely while maintaining 6s.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Consistent work history
