ABOUT THE POSITIONAs the Business Analyst for integrations, you are responsible for understanding the business needs for each integration and translating those business needs to technical specifications. You will work closely with the Product Manager for Integrations and the development team to ensure we are building our integrations effectively.Requirements Gathering : Working closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders, write user stories translating the business needs into technical specifications.Testing : Create the appropriate acceptance criteria for each user story and participate in testing (both functional and integration testing), collaborating with QA as needed.Project Management : Manage timelines and monitor completion of tasks to ensure a successful sprint. Act as the first-level product SME for the development team to clarify requirements. May act as Scrum Master for assigned teams.Documentation : Develop documentation needed for user guides, help articles, or release notes to accurately describe the functionality of each integration.ABOUT YOU3 years of experience in a business analyst / business systems analyst role, building successful software products with experience working on 3rd party integrations required1 year of experience in the mortgage originations process (lender, software company, or service provider) preferredStrong technical background requiredExperience with Azure DevOps preferredExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills requiredBe comfortable bringing order to potentially ambiguous and complex situationsTrack record of developing enterprise quality consumer-facing productsExperience with best practice agile scrum development and lean startup principlesNice to have...
