Wilshire Finance Partners is a real estate finance and investment company based in Southern California. Since 2008 , we have delivered :
Bridge Loans : Short term loans from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 funded on our balance sheet and secured by senior housing facilities, medical office buildings, apartments, student housing, warehouse building, and industrial buildings, nationwide. Our clients include mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, bankers, and borrowers.
Fixed Income Investments : Short-term, fixed-income investments backed by the loans we make under our in-house lending platform. Our clients include high net worth individuals and advisors who seek Stable Income and Principal Protection.
We seek an experienced Account Executive with securities sales and / or commercial mortgage sales experienc e to join our team.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with the companys Chief Executive Officer and other team members to help drive our mortgage origination and investment sales initiatives . This will include prospecting, inbound call response, follow-up, appointment setting, closing and other related activities for both lending and investments.
About You
Bachelor's Degree in business, management, finance, marketing, or similar major.
3 years or more of relevant sales experience in securities sales or mortgage origination ( no exceptions please ).
High achiever , honest , persistent , and hard working .
Ability to quickly learn , adapt to, and apply new information and processes.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Base Salary ($75,000 per year)
