Human Resources Manager (Onsite)

The Human Resources Manager assists with the administration of Administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits and leaves, disputes and investigations, performance and productivity, disciplinary matters, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
The Opportunity
- Handle employment-related inquiries from candidates and employees.
- Track and document compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Manage the performance review process for assigned groups
- Support HR initiatives and reinforce company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Monitor timekeeping and PPTO requests and prepare attendance reports.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs.
- Assist with orientation, onboarding, and processes new-hire paperwork.
- Maintain physical and digital employee files, including, onboarding, benefits, and attendance records.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
