Marketing Coordinator

As our Marketing Coordinator , you will provide assistance to our Director of Marketing in driving brand awareness, engaging customers and attaining various business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to setg up and attend events, coordinate interdepartmental meetings, assist with social media, help with swag, and many other duties.
Compensation
- 45,000 – $65,000 based on experience
Daily Tasks :
Setup and attend various trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other marketing events.Attend live activation, promotional events, and community engagements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, including content creation, design, and distribution.Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.Support the management of the company's digital presence, including website updates, SEO optimization, and social media channels.Manage the creation, sourcing, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and promotional goals.Conduct market research and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials.Your Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2 years of proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, or related roles.Project Management experienceA gency background (events & awards)PR communication skillsWriting is a pluscreative design experience - presentation experienceFamiliarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and basic SEO principles.E xperience in Marketing, communications, public relations, media relations, events and partnerships, and agency backgrounds is a plusCreative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.Our Benefits :
