As our Vendor and Contract Specialist in our Marketing department, you will have the opportunity to manage third-party lead-generation vendors, while ensuring seamless collaboration, and maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Act as the ‘business owner’ for your vendors, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with marketing goals.
- Establish, manage and maintain good relations with vendors to ensure quality standards and deliverables are met through contract oversight and performance management.
- Create and maintain vendor management policies, maintain vendor management files.
- Continuously identify new lead generation vendors to develop a robust pipeline to drive ongoing growth.
- Review all proposals, execute and renew vendor contracts, manage vendor negotiations.
- Oversee budgets and invoice payment processing, implementing cost analysis to ensure accurate calculations and forecasting.
- Oversee risk management to ensure vendor compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Set and monitor performance standards for existing and future vendors, developing strategies to improve service quality of vendors and drive business growth.
- Perform standard and custom reporting, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to ensure vendor is meeting business expectations and contractual obligations, metrics and measures.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure vendor compliance with legal and ethical standards and implement risk management strategies.

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
