As our Trainer in our Pre-litigation department, you will train new employees and support experienced employees in performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for Case Manager Assistants in Pre-Litigation processes, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to support attorneys and Case Manage efficiently.
- Provide hands-on training in various aspects of Pre-Litigation, including client contact, case investigation, medical record management, and insurance correspondence.
- Lead onboarding and prepare new team members with a focus on Case Manager Assistants to ensure knowledge of workflow and expectations of the department.
- Continued observation of workflow and teams to collect feedback, results, and performance data and identify gaps to resolve with management team.
- Structure training plans to meet business and financial objectives and monitor results.
- Track training progress and report on the impact.
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs if applicable.
- Bring a team- oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
