Wilshire Law Firm is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes in attraction, evaluation and hiring of top talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own full-cycle recruitment, attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent.
• Source, identify and engage with prospective candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals and events.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screens through resume reviews, phone or Zoom interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on skills and needs for their teams, develop job descriptions and postings to attract the right candidates and build recruitment strategies.
• Post and monitor job advertisements on various platforms
• Utilize applicant tracking system to review applicants, document and maintain candidate files and job advertisements.
• Create and maintain a regular reporting cadence to update hiring managers and leadership on metrics and progress.
