As a Referral Manager in our Operations Department you will lead the team facilitating the referral process between our clients and referral partners.
Compensation :Daily Tasks :
- Enhance and strengthen our process for referring cases to other law firms.
- Oversee and be accountable for your team's follow up with referring attorneys on case status.
- Understanding the urgency of time frames and working diligently.
- Understanding of the litigation flow for proper monitoring of cases.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners.
- Refining and enhancing the documentation and implementation relating to all outgoing and incoming referrals for the referral team.
- High level reporting to of overall referral cases to executives and best practice for tracking referral and lead sources.
- 3 yrs exp in Personal Injury and / or law firm
- Must have leadership skills to engage partner and present.
- Must have experience working in a customercentric environment.
- Must have a personable outgoing and have a professional demeanor.
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to lead team with precision and ability to present at executive level.
- Spanish fluency is preferred.
