The Opportunity
Senior Associates in our Single Action department carry their own caseloads with complete autonomy. They also lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Assistants working together to fight retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, leaves of absence, and wrongful termination cases. As a Senior Associate, you will be part of an award-winning team that wins some of the largest single action settlements and verdicts achievable.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry your own caseload with complete autonomy.
- Lead your own team of Associates, Paralegals, and Assistants.
- Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for employment matters.
- Prepare and deliver arguments on behalf of clients and against employers in trials and litigation
- Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
- Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Seven plus years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
- Experience serving as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants
- Compensation range based on experience: $175,000 - $250,000 annually
