The Opportunity
The Subrogation Specialist manages claims to recover payments from atfault parties on behalf of our clients. They work with insurance carriers attorneys and clients to resolve claims. Manage a caseload of claims including First Notice of Loss notifications
Responsibilities
- Review claim to evaluate evidence identify subrogation potential and determine if claims are complete and accurate
- Gather case information from medical providers with ongoing followup
- Negotiate with carriers uninsured motorists and collection agencies
- Prepare reports correspondence and other documentation
- Communicate with clients case managers attorneys and insurance companies
- Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
- Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bring a teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
