As our Vendor and Contract Specialist in our Marketing department, you will have the opportunity to manage third-party lead-generation vendors, while ensuring seamless collaboration, and maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

• Research, identify, and evaluate third-party lead generation vendors that align with the firm's marketing goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, ensuring clear and comprehensive contracts that safeguard the firm's interests.
• Monitor and enforce vendor compliance with contractual agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
• Conduct vendor performance analysis and reports to present to stakeholders.
• Create and preserve vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish and manage the budget allocated for vendor services.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure vendor compliance with legal and ethical standards and implement risk management strategies.
