- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking vehicle availability and sales.
- Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Follow up with leads through phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in outside sales activities, including community events and promotions.

Qualifications
