Job Title: Service Porter

Job Summary: As a Service Porter at Wilson Auto Family, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our Service Department. You will be responsible for assisting with the flow of vehicles in and out of the service area, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival in the service area.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians as needed with vehicle movement and service preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of service drive, customer waiting areas, and service vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as fueling, washing, and vacuuming.
• Transport customers to their homes or workplaces when needed.
• Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by Service Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay:

• $13 - $15 per hour
