Customer Service Representative - Lebanon
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs the duties of paying and receiving Teller. Balancing cash drawer. Knowledge of new and existing products and services. Guard against loss by ensuring safekeeping of money in cash drawer and prompt accounting or transfer of funds. Identify fraudulent activity. Read, understand and follow all relevant policies and procedures. Perform and support daily tasks that maintain the integrity of the Office. Supports referral goals for Office by focusing, identifying, and referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner. Provides an extraordinary customer experience. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
