Part-time Customer Service Representative - Cookeville
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs duties of paying and receiving teller. Performs teller capture duties. Must be familiar with various electronic delivery channels to coach customers in use of online banking and mobile applications. Stays abreast of changes/updates to bank products and policies ensuring the accuracy of information provided to customers. Promotes and refers products and services of the bank. Assists customers in a professional manner and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Will be required to work Saturdays on a rotating basis and certain community events as assigned by supervisor. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous teller/cash handling experience is helpful. Should possess good ten-key skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle a heavy workflow of customers and deal with them in a courteous and professional manner in person or by telephone.
