Treasury Management Support Specialist I
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary Treasury Management queue support. Assist internal and external customers with questions/issues related to Treasury Management services.
- Answer technical questions about online solutions regarding access, functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Complete Business Online Banking and Treasury Management Online Banking set up and maintenance requests. Monitor internal service event ticketing system.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bank and/or Corporate Treasury Management experience preferred
- Previous experience in a related role preferred, banking experience a plus
- Previous customer service experience required
- Ability to explain, promote, and identify cross-sell opportunities in the Treasury Management services offered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated self-starter
- Ability to work independently
- Detailed and analytical problem solver with the ability to recognize and resolve subsequent effects of the primary issue
- Technical skills to help resolve integration/connectivity issues with Treasury Management services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and other standard software applications
