- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a cohesive working environment.
- Supervise sales floor activities, ensuring that merchandise is organized and displays are visually appealing.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales reporting.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to foster a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
