Wilson Bros Gardens is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Trainee. As a Quality Control Assistant, you will learn the skills necessary to succeed in this role and take on additional responsibilities over time.

We are a fast-growing nursery with plenty of opportunities for advancement and bonus pay for self-starters. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality plants for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and handle plant materials
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Must be able to be on your feet all day
- Reliable transportation and ability to live within 30 minutes of our location
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, with occasional weekends during the busy season (Spring)
