Assistant Womens Basketball Coach (Part-time, Onsite)

Wilson College is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated individual to join our athletics team as a part-time Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach.

In this role, you will support the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful women’s basketball program. This includes ensuring compliance with Wilson College, United East Conference, and NCAA Division III rules and regulations.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with the recruitment of academically and athletically talented student-athletes

• Mentoring and supporting student-athlete development on and off the court

• Helping to design and implement effective practice plans and game strategies

• Supporting administrative duties and fiscal management for the program

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about collegiate athletics and committed to fostering a positive and competitive team culture.

Bachelor’s degree and playing and/or coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level. Valid driver’s license, and background check clearance required.
