The program in Biology at Wilson College seeks an Instructor in Laboratory Biology. The selected applicant will teach laboratory classes for majors and non-majors in introductory Biology classes, as well as the occasional lecture course in 100-level Biology. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to pursuing teaching excellence at Wilson College, including a dedication to developing inclusive teaching practices that engage students from all backgrounds. We are seeking a talented, energetic professor who can add their own perspective and flair to teaching in the field.
A Master’s in Biology or closely related field should be in hand before start of employment in August 2025. Two years of college teaching experience preferred.
