Job Summary
Wilson Community College is seeking to expand our pool of part-time / adjunct faculty for when a job is available to be filled for clinical or class instruction. These positions may or may not be available at this time; however, after a review of qualifications, applicants may be contacted in the future. Part-time / adjunct faculty provide quality, effective instruction in assigned courses on a part-time, temporary basis. Only qualified, credentialed applicants will be considered.
Essential Duties :
To teach a variety of biology courses to include general biology, microbiology, and / or anatomy and physiology.
Education and Experience :
Candidate must have at least a Master's degree in biology or a master's degree and at least 18 graduate hours in biology. (Required)
Three to five years of teaching experience and experience with online instruction is preferred. Experience with Moodle is preferred.
