Job Title: Field Helicopter Mechanic
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field Helicopter Mechanic to support our power line construction helicopter operations in the field and at our maintenance facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helicopter maintenance, with experience working on MD 500, Bell 407, and Bell 205A aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on helicopters in the field and at our maintenance facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with helicopters.
- Conduct quality control checks on maintenance work.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient and safe maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of total helicopter maintenance experience.
- 2 years of experience working on MD 500, Bell 407, and Bell 205A aircraft.
- A&P certification (IA a plus).
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, or maintenance tracking software (Aeronet, Camp ETC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MD 500 369D, E, FF Factory School.
- Rolls Royce 250 series Factory School C20B, C30, C30HU, C47.
- T53-17 or T53 series Engines Factory Training.
- Bell 407, L3 & 4, 205, 212 series Factory School.
