Job Summary
The RHC Operations Director is responsible for operational, clinical, patient experience and financial performance. The director is responsible for strategy, physician integration and performance of the clinic network in collaboration with the Clinic Medical Director. The Clinic Operations Director oversees the clinic management team responsible for clinic support team members.
Education / Experience
Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service and support. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds. Ability to work effectively with managers, co-workers, clinic teams and hospital departments. Effective interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with array of stakeholders. Able to inspire successful change and innovation. Ability to work as an effective team member. Able to flex with shifting priorities. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
5-8 years of experience in leading and directing all aspects of physician practices. MBA / MHA or equivalent preferred. Knowledge and experience with Clinical Process Improvement. Regulatory and compliance experience. Familiarity with medical group operations, IT systems / platforms, Microsoft products for analysis and presentations.
