Beautification Associate – Part Time

Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyards is currently looking for a part-time Beautification Associate in Temecula, CA.
Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, the Beautification Associate is responsible for maintaining our beautiful grounds, while interacting with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
This is a part-time, on-site role in Temecula, California.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the grounds are free of trash and debris, clean and guest ready.
- Responsible for emptying trash cans throughout the property throughout the shift.
- Empty and maintain wine bottle recycle bins found throughout the grounds.
- Monitor courtyard/lower garden seating options to include addition/replacement of chairs.
- Maintain and replenish water stations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What It Takes To Succeed:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Mandatory weekend availability.
- Ability to communicate in a professional yet fun manner.
- Beneficial to have knowledge about Temecula Wine Country, Wilson Creek Winery and wine in general.
- Must be able to obtain an RBS certification within sixty (60) days of hire
- Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Food handlers certificate within thirty (30) days.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands, wrists, arms, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is most often required to stand and walk on stairs, grass and the entire property of the winery. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in typical conditions of a bar with equipment such as glasses, wine openers, bottles and sinks. The environment may at times consist of a high volume of noise and large groups of people which results in a fast-paced, crowded work area. Employees may encounter wet floors, broken glass, intoxicated guests and extreme temperatures.
