Wine Club Associate - Full Time

Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyards is currently looking for a full-time Wine Club Associate in Temecula, CA.
Position Summary:
Under general supervision, the Wine Club Associate is responsible for supporting the functions within the Wine Club Department and Tasting Room to accomplish the goals of acquiring and retaining Wine Club membership.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Temecula, California.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls, give general information and routes to appropriate departments in a timely manner. Retrieve all phone messages and distribute throughout company or process.
- Processes Wine Club billings.
- Assist with escalated member concerns by phone or in the tasting room regarding their membership.
- Contribute opinion/feedback regarding special wine club promotions and special member-only events.
- Submits wine club dispute chargeback claims by administrating information required by the credit card company to support the charge.
- Assist the tasting room staff in AMS for accessing wine club.
- Works closely with shipping Wine shipping and WCW shipping department.
- Uploads new members in AMS and Commerce 7 for on-line accounts.
- Submits newsletter information.
- Submits re-order pricing to the winery.
- Maintains accurate wine club membership accounts.
- Works at the wine club check-in on weekends and special events.
- Assists in planning and execution of wine club events.
- Assists with all online orders and online guests who come on property for wine pick up.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
What It Takes To Succeed:
- Minimum High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- At least one year’s guest service experience mainly via telephone; two or more years preferred.
- Sales skills and retention methods required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Outgoing, mature personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel. This includes the ability to multitask in multiple software applications.
- Self-starter required and can stay on task and work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic office skills to include mailings, office machine knowledge, etc.
- Ability to obtain a Riverside County Food Handler’s Certificate within 30 days of hire.
- Must obtain RBS Certificate within sixty (60) days of hire.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and be required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to distance.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
