Client Services Associate
Our Retirement Planning firm, Wilson Financial Group in Gastonia, NC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient service process for our clients. You will be responsible for managing incoming service calls, processing service work, maintaining accurate client information, and ensuring timely follow-up and communication. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, an ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach to client service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, CLIC, and familiarity with custodian platforms preferred.
- Previous experience in client service, financial services, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming service calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to clients.
- Process service work, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requests.
- Submit contributions to client accounts and ensure all processes are completed correctly.
- Maintain and update the blotter to track and monitor service requests and activities.
- Follow up on service work, ensuring clients are kept informed and that requests are processed within established timelines.
- Process Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare materials and agendas for client Progress meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready.
- Maintain appropriate workflows for service work items to ensure consistent and efficient processing.
- Keep client information up-to-date in CRM, CLIC, and with custodians to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Service CIR Statements, including password resets, account value updates, and account name changes.
- Complete all necessary preparations for client meetings, ensuring that all relevant materials are organized and available.
Salary:
- $40,000-$50,000/year based on experience
- Quarterly Bonus

Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Fridays: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Some evenings required for client events
