What are the responsibilities and job description for the DENTAL CLAIMS ADJUSTER position at Wilson-McShane Corp?
Wilson-McShane Corporation is looking for a Dental Claims Adjuster in our Bloomington, MN office.
The schedule for this position would be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch. This position is non-exempt with a compensation of $27.50 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Process dental claims on the Delta Dental system.
- Answer high volume telephone calls from participants and providers with benefit questions.
- Follow all HIPAA compliance guidelines to ensure protection of participant protected health information.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.

- Minimum of two years dental claims paying experience is preferred.
- Experience with the Delta Dental system is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Summary Plan Description and procedure manuals.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Quick learner of other computer applications.
