We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry team at Wilson Medical Center. As a RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those requiring medical/surgical care.
Job Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities, communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, and manage complex clinical situations.
- Patient Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy skills.
