We are seeking a dedicated Showing Agent to assist with property showings, allowing our lead agent to focus on negotiations, contracts, and business growth.
Position Overview:
The Showing Agent will work closely with our lead agent and buyer clients to schedule and conduct property tours. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys working with clients but prefers a flexible schedule without the demands of full-time real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct property showings for buyer clients
- Provide insightful feedback to the lead agent after showings
- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions about properties
- Assist in researching and previewing properties that meet client needs
- Ensure homes are properly secured after showings
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience
- Attend occasional team meetings or training sessions as needed
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Florida
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
Compensation & Benefits:
