Wilson Sonsini is seeking a full-time Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our Wilmington office. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to : coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process for summer associate, entry-level, lateral associate and clerkship hiring for our Wilmington office. Candidates will also engage with firmwide initiatives and support as needed. We seek candidates who will work collaboratively with a team, while also handling individual responsibilities and adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Attorney Recruiting, Career Development, Professional Development and Diversity Equity, and Inclusion teams, but will also maintain strong relationships with the Wilmington hiring partners and office managers to develop strategies for sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining highly talented and diverse attorneys.
This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Law School Attorney Recruiting Senior Managers to support the firmwide summer program and on campus initiatives
- Plan, coordinate and lead summer program efforts, monitor the budget and plan and attend events (as practicable) for the Wilmington and other assigned offices as needed, oversee Wilmington’s on campus recruiting efforts, judicial clerkship receptions and various firmwide initiatives
- Monitor summer work assignments, collect evaluations and feedback, coordinate mid / end-of- summer reviews and offers for Wilmington summer associates, as well as other designated offices as needed
- Coordinate and oversee all administrative aspects involved in on-campus, entry level, and judicial clerkship recruiting, including registering for on-campus interview programs and job fairs, scheduling interviews, monitoring candidates throughout the process, preparing, and sending offer letters, coordinating follow-up efforts and onboarding process for the Wilmington and other assigned firmwide offices
- Coordinate preparations for firmwide early recruiting initiatives, processes, and meetings
- Coordinate firmwide callback meetings
- Coordinate development and distribution of firmwide recruiting team surveys and results
- Coordinate development and distribution of firmwide PowerPoint templates for the summer and First Year Guide programs
- Build strategic relationships with Career Services professionals, search firms, law school student groups, including affinity groups, and other educational institutions (including hosting and coordinating events in the office and on-campus for assigned schools) to advance the Firm’s recruiting strategies
- Participate in marketing and communications efforts, including providing content about Wilmington office events for social media and disseminating recruiting team messaging
- Develop, consult on, and execute strategic planning goals for brand building at assigned law schools and other assigned recruiting partnership entitie
- Collaborate with administrative departments on onboarding and integrating new hires, including coordinating new associate integration activities for the Wilmington summer, fall, lateral and judicial clerkship hires
- Coordinate with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to advance Firm’s diversity hiring strategies and initiatives
- Maintain recruiting records and generate viRecruit and Workday reports
- Train and mentor junior team members
Qualifications :
The primary location for this job posting is in Delaware. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows : $32.28 - $43.68 per hour.
The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
