Wilson Worley PC is seeking an assistant to manage and coordinate small claims litigation. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing summonses, coordinating hearings, and working with process servers to ensure timely service of legal documents.
- Monitoring and maintaining case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and up-to-date for judgment filings.
- Communicating with internal teams, attorneys, and external parties to ensure timely processing and efficient case management.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates must be adaptable in their willingness to learn software and technology crucial to the firm’s operations, including virtual meeting applications, time and billing software, and document management software.
