Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for our 2 kids (ages 1 & 3). This job is located in our home off 21st & Webb in east Wichita, flexible start date and schedule (ideally Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm but we can work around schedules). The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, be knowledgeable in early childhood development, and have the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment.
Duties:
- Engage and interact with children in age-appropriate activities
- Supervise and monitor children's safety at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks for children
- Change diapers, bathe, and dress infants and toddlers
- Organize and participate in outdoor playtime
- Maintain a clean and organized play area and kitchen
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children under 2 years old
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
-Effective communicator both verbal & written
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
