Duties:
- Execute transactional/operational processes that meet the department deadlines and metrics • Researches and analyzes data to identify and address root cause of exceptions • Operates within established procedures and escalates issues when appropriate • Performs spreadsheet analysis (e.g. financial reconciliations, reserve analysis, etc.) • Identifies process issues or roadblocks that could have financial and operational implications • Effectively leverages resources to perform job duties efficiently.
