Title : Lead Fire Alarm Technician
Requirements : FAL, NICET, EST3 / 4 certifications
Location : Houston and surrounding areas
Schedule : Full-time. Monday through Friday with opportunities for OT

Job Description :
- Install, program, test, repair, and service fire alarm, life safety, and building automation systems.
- Interpret and work with blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Understand and apply building, mechanical, sprinkler, and fire codes.
- Operate and demonstrate systems, commission new systems, and identify malfunctions.
- Execute technical aspects of projects, including programming, graphics development, certification testing, customer training, and ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with Project and Operations Managers to coordinate projects and improve customer satisfaction.
