What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Receptionist position at WIlsonville Toyota?
Wilsonville Toyota is looking for someone who has a positive attitude and who is driven by customer service to be part of our Reception/Admin team.
In addition to assisting customers both by phone and in person, you will oversee our in-house Customer Cafe, support our Sales and Management staff and perform scanning and other clerical duties as required. You will also assist with projects in our business office and perform other related clerical duties.
Computer and related clerical experience is preferred, as is having a welcoming and polite phone manner. Experience of a multi line phone system is also beneficial.
This position requires that you be available to work all shifts and days the dealership is open and be able to accommodate schedule changes when needed.
