Join our dynamic team as a Canvas Manager for our home improvement company. In this role, you will be a key driver of our outreach efforts, leading a team of canvassers to engage with potential customers in target areas. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will contribute to the growth of our customer base. The Canvas Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence through effective campaigns, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of canvassers, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
2. Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute canvassing strategies to generate leads, create brand awareness, and promote our home improvement services.
3. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to equip canvassers with the knowledge and skills needed for successful customer engagement.
5. Customer Interaction: Occasionally engage with potential customers to represent the company professionally and address inquiries or concerns.
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with broader business goals.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that canvassing activities adhere to company standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in canvassing, field marketing, or a related role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with the home improvement industry is a plus.

Hours:

• We meet and end the day at the office
• Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm / Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm / Saturdays 9am - 2pm
