WIN Family Health is seeking a seasoned Clinical Psychologist to select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests to obtain information on individuals' intelligence, achievements, interests or personalities in an accurate and timely manner. Refer clients to other support services as necessary.

Responsibilities:
· Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the assigned clients
· Maintain documentation, client files, and statistics as required by agency policies and funding sources. Collaborate with other organizational service departments to ensure effective and timely integration of care
· Prioritize the use of best evidence-based practices, including researching programming trends and current practices being used in other jurisdictions.
· Contribute to a high-performing culture, focused on partnering with clients as we inspire and empower change
· Supports group case discussions with clinical staff to improve client outcomes
· Provides supervision to counseling and therapy staff in a manner that ensures assessments, treatment plans, progress reporting, and transition planning is conducted according to clinical and accreditation standards
· Document and maintain accurate and current client records in electronic healthcare software system
· Conduct client reviews and treatment status with the client’s other treatment services

Required Training & Experience:
· Valid Maryland clinical license (PhD or PsyD )
· Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working in behavioral health programs
· Experience and knowledge of direct behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment, and outcomes management
· Knowledge of diverse modalities of counseling and diagnostic principles
· Knowledge of, and ability to, apply counseling and diagnostic theories and techniques to a full range of diverse client populations, diagnosis, and co-occurring disorders
· Knowledge of clinical research literature
· Program development, data, and performance management experience
· Belief in a strengths-based approach to human services
· Passion for WIN’s mission and core principles
· Ability to build strong teams to meet performance goals
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience/aptitude with tracking and management of electronic clinical data and operations
