What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Home Inspector at WIN, you’ll be the face of confidence and clarity for homebuyers, sellers, and real estate pros. You’ll:
- * Perform in-depth residential property inspections using cutting-edge tools and tech.
- * Deliver top-tier services, including:
> Radon Testing
> Sewer Scope Inspections
> Water Testing
> Pest Inspections
- > Lead Testing
- > Pool/Spa Inspections
> Drone-assisted Roof Evaluations
- * Communicate findings clearly and professionally—making technical concepts easy for clients to understand.
- * Create high-quality digital reports with precision and clarity.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, technology, and evolving best practices.
Who We’re Looking For:
- * A natural leader-in-the-making, ready to grow into a mentor or managerial role.
- * A confident communicator who can educate clients with empathy and professionalism.
- * Someone with a foundation in construction, real estate, or property systems (or eager to learn fast!).
- * Tech-savvy and eager to adapt to the latest tools and methods.

Requirements:
- * Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
- * U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check.
- * Physically able to access rooftops, crawlspaces, and basements.
- * Home inspection license

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Work Location: On the road
