Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and tech-savvy Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. While this is a remote position, the role requires some on-site work for training and participation in local real estate events. The ideal candidate will regularly interact with real estate professionals and affiliates, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
> Scheduling & Communication:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails related to scheduling home inspection orders.
- Communicate regularly with real estate professionals, clients, and affiliates to coordinate inspections and address inquiries.
- Maintain strong working relationships with real estate agents and affiliates.
> Research & Data Management:
- Conduct regular online research on properties, agents, and real estate trends.
- Assist the Growth department with building connections and relationships with Realtors and real estate firms.
> Operations & Inventory Management:
- Track and manage inventory of supplies and order replacements as needed.
- Organize and monitor maintenance for inspection equipment to ensure readiness and functionality.
- Help plan, organize, and execute community events and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team.
> Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Assist with social media activity and content creation, promoting the company’s services and events.
- Help assemble client information binders and other promotional materials for events and clients.
> Licensing & Certifications:
- Coordinate and track inspector licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements, ensuring all are up-to-date and in compliance.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience interacting with real estate professionals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience in managing schedules, conducting online research, and using office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
Work Environment & Requirements:
- This is a remote position, but the candidate must be available for occasional in-office training and to attend local real estate events.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on event timings or client needs.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
